Luke has invited Colletta to Lunch at Borgne – Chef John Besh’s newest NOLA addition!
Located in the Hyatt on Loyola Avenue, adjacent to the SuperDome, access is easy and the price is right (even if you do not have a gift card).

Luke recommend’s the soft shell crab and a Hendrick’s Gin and Tonic with extra lime. Ask them for the special crushed ice and a tin cup. That’s how his mama likes it! Finish off with the Ponchatoula Strawberry Crumble with Buttermilk Ice Cream… yum!
