Bi-Pedicle SIEA Flap
Dr. Marga has not performed this theoretical flap where both sides of the abdomen are harvested on the superficial inferior epigastric artery. To complete this reconstruction, one hemi-abdominal flap would be sewn into the mammary system antegrade, with the second retrograde similar to one method of a bi-pedicle DIEP.
What an exciting possibility!
